How we work
Site assessment before a number
The scope of an industrial cleaning is not knowable from a phone call. Access, equipment condition, fouling, and the shutdown window all change the job. We look at it first and then quote what is actually there.
Scheduled around your window, not ours
Regulated plants schedule shutdowns months ahead and hotels cannot close a kitchen at dinner. The work goes where the window is, including nights and weekends when that is what the building requires.
The condition is documented
Before and after condition, and recorded camera footage where the line is buried. That record is what goes into the maintenance file — and what answers the question the next time someone asks whether the equipment was serviced.
One contact for the whole scope
Cleaning, inspection, and water hauling on the same visit and the same invoice. A job that needs three vendors needs three schedules, and the schedules are what slip.
